40. Section 33 applies to proceedings for which a notice of hearing has not been sent by the Tribunal on the date of coming into force of this Regulation (2020-02-11).
Sections 26, 28 and 29 of the Rules of procedure of the Administrative Tribunal of Québec (chapter J-3, r. 3) continue to apply to the other pending proceedings.
